Product Description
Exterior Semi-Gloss Latex Paint is a flexible acrylic based exterior paint with excellent resistance in extreme climatic conditions. Exterior Semi-Gloss Latex Paint has good flexibility and an attractive semi-gloss finish which is resistant to dirt pick-up from the atmosphere. The system also allows water vapor to pass from the structure to the atmosphere but will not allow water ingress. Exterior Semi-Gloss Latex Paint has excellent resistance to mould and algae growth.

Application
Use product on dry substrates when both air and surface temperatures are above 35° F (2° C). Surface temperatures must remain above 35° F (2° C) for 4 hours after applying.
Stir paint occasionally. Intermix containers of the same product to ensure color and sheen uniformity.
On semi-smooth surfaces, use a high quality 3/8 -1/2" nap roller cover, nylon/polyester brush or an airless sprayer (. 015 -. 021" spray tip, 60 mesh filter). On rough surfaces, use a high quality 3/4-1" nap roller cover.
Typical coverage is 23-27 m2 per gallon depending on surface texture, porosity and application method.
No thinning is usually required. If necessary, thin with up to 1/4 pint (118 ml) of water per U. S. Gallon (3.78L) of paint. However, if using a sprayer, thin with water at a rate of no more than 1/2 pint (236 ml) per gallon.
More than one topcoat may be required for complete hide.
Dry Time
Dries to the touch in 2 hours at 77° F (25° C) and 50% humidity. Allow at least 4 hours of dry time between coats.
Dries to the touch in 4 hours at 35° F (2° C) to 45° F (7° C) and 50% humidity. Allow at least 8 hours of dry time between coats.
On heavy stains and woods that contain tannins, allow 12-16 hours of dry time between coats.
Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and in higher humidity.
Darker colors may require additional dry time between coats.
After 2-4 weeks, cured paint film may be cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive liquid detergent.
Dry paint film is mildew resistant.
Clean Up & Storage
Use soap and water.
Properly dispose of all soiled rags and protect unused product from freezing.
For disposal of unused paint products, please contact your household refuse collection service.
