It is used to work with automatic welding station for gouging / grinding external longitudinal welding seam to satisfy both functional and appearance needs. The machine itself is light and can be easily hoisted. It grinds the seam with high efficiency and without damage to the shell body. With such advantages like low labor intensity and high quality welding seam, it is an ideal machine for external longitudinal welding seam gouging / grinding.
It does gouging of outside longitudinal welding seam by using abrasive wheel and grinding of seam by using abrasive belt. It is not only fast in speed, but also grinds less welding seam during gouging, so welding seam carburization phenomenon will not happen. There are many ways to install it. It can be fixed to the welding manipulator, or it can be fixed in some other way according to site condition.
