Steel tube frame structure with pedestal system.

Frame/structure: Using 60*40*2mm rectangular square steel tube as the tables supports, all the steel surfaces are sprayed epoxy resin powder.

Worktops: 13mm thickness phenolic resin countertops, (there are sorts of different thickness worktops to be slected according to your requirement; Epoxy Resin; Stainless Steel; Ceramic; Marble Worktops. ), chemicals resistant. The acid and alkali resistant, high temperature curing treatment, Abrasion, scrath and impact cutting resistant. Monolithic smooth, non-glare finish with 3mm belvel.

Cabinet body panels/Doors and draws panel: All cabinet and drawers body used 1.2 mm thick of cold-rolled steel sheet production. All the steel parts by pickling, phosphated treatment surface by the epoxy resin powder coating. High temperature curing treatment. The acid-and alkali corrosion. Abrasion, scratch and impact cutting. 3mm special welding edging. Cabinet internal has a adjustable shelf.

Slideway: Self-closing three section slide rail, it is noise-free while closing the drawer.
