1. The application of Sawdust Drum Dryer:
The sawdust drum dryer is widely used in straw briquette fuel, charcoal machinery, wood
pellet fuel, sawdust briquette, farming and animal husbandry engineering industry. For example corn stalk drying, soybean straw drying, cotton stalk drying, wheat straw drying, sorghum stalk drying, sawdust drying, shaving drying etc. agricultural fiber materials drying.
2. The characteristics of Sawdust Drum Dryer:
1)Large intensity of drying. Due to the material in the air highly fragmented, All the surface area of particles are the effective area of drying.
2)The drying time is short.
3)the dryer has simple structure, small floor coverage, easy installation and maintenance.
4)Large capacity of material processing and high thermal efficiency. When drying unbound water, thermal efficiency can reach 60%.
3. The working principle of Sawdust Drum Dryer:
The Sawdust Drum Dryer includes heating furnace, feeding hole, rotating cylinder, filter
cartridge, conveyor pipe, the cooling tube and discharge hole. The rotating cylinder is on the driving roller, the driving roller which transmitted by motor and reduction drive the rotating cylinder rotation at low speed. Between the heating furnace and rotating cylinder sets feeding device. In the rotating cylinder has stirring blades. The junction between rotating cylinder and filter cartridge is equipped with baffle, the baffle has a small hole One side of the filter cartridge is connected with rotating cylinder, another side is linked with discharge hole.
