2.Application
Acetochlor is a kind of selective herbicide before sprout. It is principally used for weeds of large crabgrass, barnyardgrass, greenbristlegrass, shortawnfoxtail, goosegrass and water mouse-earchickweed, amaranth, common purslane, ducktongueweed used to control insects on rice soya beans, peanuts, maizes, rapes, cottons. Usually take surface treatment of the presprout soil. The using-quantity is according to the kinds of crops and areas. The spray, mix with soil and water mix etc. methods are used in application
3.Toxicity:Acute oral LD50 (rat) is 2000 mg/kg, acute dermal LD50/rat is more than 2150 mg/kg
4.Storage stability:Stable under normal storage condition in original container for at least two years
5.Solubility:In water 223 mg/l(25ºC). Easily soluble in common organic solvents, e.g. benzene, toluene and xylene
6.Note:
One: Low-does should be used in sandy soil, high-does in clayey soil.
Two: High-does should be used in soil with low water content, low-does in soil with high water content.
Three: Treat with caution when used in fields of wheat, rice, foxtail millet, sorghum, cucumber, watermelon, melon, spinach and chives
