Feed Roller Drying Machine
Working principle:
The wet materials are sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The main body of the rotary drum dryer is a slightly tilted rotary cylinder body. The materials are into the internal cylinder, and contact with the hot air through the cylinder in co-current or counter-current way, or contact with heated inner wall effectively, while being dried products are out from the other end of the lower outlet. During the drying process, the materials move from the higher part to the lower part under the gravity action when the cylinder rotating. The plates straight-forward installed in the internal wall of cylinder, keep rising up the materials and throwing them down, and make the materials of thermal contact surface increase greatly, improve the drying rate and make the materials move forward. After drying process, the heat carrier (hot air, flue gas) with the dust is evacuated by cyclone dust collector.
