Character:

FEP Moulding Material (F46 Resin) is the copolymer of TFE and HFP, with good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, good electrical insulation, and low coefficient of friction, enabling thermoplastic processing methods.

Product Uses:

The polymer low melt index resin, heat stress cracking molding compound, for applications that require resistance to stress cracking resistance and less demanding processing speed or moderate processing speed, is mainly used for heat shrinkable tubes, pumps, valvespipeline lining, wire insulation.

Note: Avoid processed above 420, to prevent the decomposition of toxic gases.

Packaging, transport and storage:

1, packed in two layers of plastic inside the bag, and then loaded within the rigid fiber drum, barrel, net weight 25kg, per bag with a certificate.

2, should be stored in a clean, dry, cool, dark environment to prevent dirt from entering.

3, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-hazardous goods.
