2. Drying
Drying at 680~720 degree centigrade (firing temperature: 600~650 degree centigrade )
3. Printing & Viscosity control
A. If necessary, add 2-10% varnish(No. 100) into the ink for adjusting viscosity, which deal with the problem of stencil
Clogging.
B. Printing with 60T-100T mesh.
C. Using washing agent 007 to clear the stencil.
3. Available color:
Black color for windshield
Many other colors for tempered glass
4. Coefficient of heat expansion
(75~85)× 10-7/K (50-300 degree centigrade )
5. Acid & Alkaline resistant
Condition of Acid & Alkaline resistant as following:
A. Acid resistant: To treat with hydrogen chloride(3.5%) 10-15mins in room temperature, no flaked off problem.
B. Alkaline resistant: To treat with sodium hydroxide(10%) 10-15mins in room temperature, no flaked off Problem.
6. Package: Available 5kg/can or 25kg/can.
