Main Application:

Working Principle and Features:

FG High-efficiency Fluid Bed Drier works as follows: Filtered clean air is subjected to heat convection carried out by a heat exchanger to be heated to a certain temperature, enters a wind separator of the main machine, and is distributed by a valve plate into a ebullator; The materials enter the drier from a feeder and get into a ebullient state to widely contact with the air and strengthen the heat transmission, so that the water in the materials is evaporated and separated in a short time. The device usually operates at a negative pressure.
