Filler Masterbatches are a risk free method to reduce the overall raw material cost by diluting the expensive base polymer with low cost filler masterbatches
The CC82 PE contain 82% micronized calcium carbonate on a polyethylene carrier.
CC PE Serie products are designed for use in all type of PE blown film applications. Its use increases production output, give higher bubble stability in LLDPE film production, faster converting (printing and bag making) and lower sealing temperature (due to higher thermal conductivity of the filler). Highly filled bags may not require corona treatment as the calcium carbonate improves ink adhesion.

In 2011 we entered into a JV with SUNGALLON RUBBER & PLASTIC, a very large TPE/TPR compounder to increase our R&D and supply capabilities for Export Markets.

Our plant capacity for Thermoplastic Elastomeric Compounds is in excess of 18, 000 T per annum. The Filler Masterbatch factory has a capacity of 20, 000 T per annum.

Our production locations, with permanent Dutch management, are in ShenZhen, Southern-China and International Technical Sales and Marketing teams are located both in China and Singapore.

Today the JV employs around 90 people, of which 10 active in R&D and QC.
