Allgong and Argiope brand liquid plastic toughening agent Usage and dosage:
1. Ultra-low cost: Dosage is 1‰ ~4‰ , namely add 1-4G additive to 1KG raw material. Recommended dosage is 2‰ . Be sure that 25KG plastic sample is used and mixed in blender for 15-20 minutes. (Mere several KG is not accurate enough)
2. Simple usage: Toughening agent is added in the process of blending materials. Toughening agent is blended with plastic scrap, regrind plastics and raw materials for 15-20 minutes. Then mixture is added into material bag( also can be kept in blender)and deposited for 45-60 minutes. After chemical reactions are completed, the mixture material can be heated for extrusion and blow or injection molding. (if agglomeration occurs, please disperse it by beating with hard tools or by agitating with blender)
3. Pigmentation becomes easier: This product can adhere to colorant, make pigmentation more even and decrease the using amount of dispersant and spreading oil.
4. This product is transparent material without impurity and deposit. It has not any influence on the transparence and color of the plastics.
5. Because all kinds of plastic scrap and regrind plastics contain a lot of moisture, please heat the material before use in rainy and damp weather. A-606/608/608E/609/610/612/618 will improve the effect(for example, PETG, PET) and You can also add them before heating.
6. In order to ensure the product quality, don't mix them with other chemical agents such as white mineral oil in use, in case of having negative influence on the effect.
7. In order to test the effect of A-606/608/609/610/612/618/619 Allgong and Argiope brand plastic toughening agent, please carry out it after that the extrusion and injection or blow molding have be finished for 24 hours. That will make the effect more obvious. Please compare it with plastics of same material and try your best to use plane product without hole.
8. Package, stockage and durability: Product durability is 2 years, package is plastic barrel and net weight is 20 KG/barrel. Keep away from light, insolation, moisture and contamination.
Caution: Detergent should be used to clean this product. If this product splashes into eyes, please flush the eyes with a great amount of water and go to see the doctor.
