Filling Machine/Mineral Water Plant (ZG-6)
Feature:
1. Machine: The line is composed of bottle washing machine, bottle filling machine and sealing machine.
2. Applicable to plastic bottle, glass bottle, can fill and mineral water, super water, fruit juice, health drink, soy squce, vinegar and wine and so on.
3. The Capacity is 2000bph, and volume of bottle is from 250ml-2000ml.
4. Every six barrels detected by sensors are conveyed to Filler levelly with the next six barrels be blocked by Barrel-block device. Fore-barrel-puller pulls the barrels to filling position and the filling system will lift the empty barrels to certain height for filling.
5. When filling done barrels return to the level, then Back-barrel-puller forces barrels unto conveying chain, meanwhile the Barrel-block device is reset for full barrels out and empty barrels in. Then the whole process is done.
