Work principle:ZLH consist a number of heat exchange fimed tubes in the cylinder body and the outer cylinder.,etc.When the high temperature high humidity compressed air enter into the cylinder body from high-end to force the heat exchange with the low temperature in the cylinder body from the low-end to high-end.Because the compressed air reduce the high temperature to low tempareture,it release large amounts of condensed water which gathered at the bottom of the condenser.At last, the condensed water remove by drainage device to outside.Besides ZLH can reduce the compressed air temperature,it also can preliminary dry compressed air and reduce the load of the subsequent drying equipmentTechnical characteristics:·
Rear cooler is an indispensable part of the compressed air process.It is connected at the back of air compressor, making the high temperature air under 42ºC
and removing most of the water vapor in the air into outside.·
Water as the cooling medium- basically uninfluenced by ambient temperature.·
Low finned tube as heat transfer tube- compact structure, good heat transfer effect·
