When these raw materials enter into the gap on the working surface of two rollers, due to the small gap between the roller surfaces, and the revolving speeds on the two roller surfaces are different, the materials suffer from the strong extrusion, shear, and kneading action; Due to the complex motion among the raw materials, the raw material produces a certain amount of friction heat in itself; In addition, the surface of the roller also has the conductive heat.
Due to the combined action between these internal factors and external conditions, the raw materials on the roller become softened and in mixed plasticization and molten state; In addition, the operator will constantly stir up the raw materials among the rollers, so that the raw materials can be mixed and plasticized uniformly.
