JSG8 Tube type fire alarm system is specially used for spontaneous combustion prediction. It realizes the 24 hours continuous monitoring of the gas concentration of CO,CH4,C2H4,C2H6,C2H2,CO2,O2,N2 and so on. It judges the spontaneous combustion level by the gas changing trend, which provides scientific evidences for preventing spontaneous combustion and ensuring safe manufacturing. The system establishes monitoring and analyzing centers which are controlled by microcomputer to monitor and analyze the gas. It can analyze the concentration of gas compositions in sites where staffs can hardly reach. The whole process is controlled by the microcomputer, with high automation. The system can realize 24 hours continuous on-line detection and analysis and all the analyzed data can be retained so as to be re-used by staffs.

JSG8 Tube type fire alarm system is made up of dust filter, single core tube, muticore tube, tube branch box, tube pump station, gas sampling control cabinet, monitoring microcomputer, special chromatograph for alarm system, the generator of Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Air ,print output device, system software and so on.
