THE PRINCIPLE OF FIREPROOF GLASS
When fire occurs, the ordinary glass can instantly form the great temperature difference between the head-on fire surface and the back fire surface, under such temperature effect, there is very strong non-uniform thermal load after 1 or 2 minutes, it causes the glass to crash, even if physical tempered glass, also will be crashed completely after 3 or 5 minutes. Our Single Fireproof Glass passed through process for more than 20 hours high temperatures ionic exchange chemistry treatment, the mechanical strength and press stress are improved. Under the high temperature, the glass softened but doesn't fall into pieces, it can keep intact, and it can also prevent dispersion of flame, toxic gas and harmful gas.
CHARACTERISTICS:
1. The high transparency and the light transmittance are equal with float glass. When fire occurs, it can still maintain light transmission, advantageously observe the state of fire, and takes correct escaping or rescue measure.
2. Higher strength, the strength is 6-12 times higher of ordinary glass and 1.5-3 times higher of tempered glass.
3. Excellent characteristic of bears with climate, resistance against heat, cold, sun shining, water dampness, sunlight and permanent nondiscoloring.
4. Security, when the glass falls into pieces, its grains are tiny and will not injure people.
5. More choices, different thickness can be chosen. Combined with other glass, can process into fireproof hollow glass, coating film fireproof glass, sandwich fireproof glass and energy-saving fireproof glass, etc.

NOTICE:
1. It must not be used in the place that require heat insulation, in order to avoid disaster pervasion aroused by radiating heat.
2. The end product cannot be processed twice with cold and hot process technique. Before ordering, please provide the accurate unmistakable design request.
3. Avoid corner clash and surface serious scratch.
4. The frame shall be made of materials that do not deform easily; the notch depth shall not be less than 25mm during installation.
