Product Description

Flange Connection Galvanized Polygon Welded Tube for Power Transmission Tower

For the polygon pipe fabrication, we are eqquipped with the 24m plasma cutting machine to cut the plate for the first process, and 14m, 3200tons bending machine that bending 14m once time and above 25mm plate. For the flange cutting, we use 4m flange cutting machine.

Pipe Parameters:

1. Side: Generally we can produce 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 with our bending machine.

2. Length of the pipe: Below 14 meters one time, we have our 3200ton Bending Machine, and it can bend 14 meters at one time, so below 14meters, we can do it.

3. Thickness of the pipe: Generally 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 14mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, and other according to your request.

4. Fabrication Process: Cutting plate(with our plasma flame cutting machine)→bending(with our 3200ton bending machine)→joint→welding(submerged-arc welding)

5. After all fabrication process, pipes are delivered to galvanization

Details of Galvanizing:

1. Degreasing of tower parts with Sodium Hydroxide solution.

2. Pickling to clean up the surface with HCl solution

3. Rinsing twice with fresh water to remove the acid content.

4. Fluxing wth synth flux to prepare surface for galvanizing.

5. Drying on hot plate.

6. Dipping in zinc bath with 99.95% pure zinc at 450° C to 465° C temperature.

7. Quenching in water.

8. Dichromating.

All our galvanizing zinc thickness is strictly tested before delivery in view of its importance for anticorrosion.
