Product Description
Poly tetrafluoroethylene (English Acronym: PTFE) is a special engineering plastic with advantageously comprehensive performance, which has a low friction coefficient, perfect self-lubrication features, wide scope of applied temperature, resistance to various chemical mediums, low water absorption and high mechanical strength and tenacity and has no poisonous or side effects to human health, with a good insulation. After modification by filling, the wear resistance of PTFE compound material has been greatly improved. This material can be made into products with complicated shapes by the means of mechanical processing, which is used for the production of static and dynamic air-tight components, self-lubrication bearings, linear guide rail and electronic parts. These products are widely used in the field of automobiles, petroleum, chemical, printing and dyeing, mechanism, food, drink and power.
The modified PTFE air-tight components developed and produced by the Company are used or piston-type reciprocating seal, which greatly improves the lifetime, precision and reliability of the entire machine, reaching the internationally leading level. Automatic compensated air-tight components as well as metal combined air-tight components are used for sealing of high-speed and high temperature rotation axis and have achieved satisfactory effects. Products such as plane air-tight components and packing ring have also been developed. With strong capability in technical development, the Company can design and manufacture special air-tight products under requirements.
