H/B Industrial Gear Units
Features:
1. H series gear units adopt currency layout and may transform into special reducer according to customer's requirement.
2. The housing of one size can realize parallel shaftmodes and horizontal mounting modes. Variety of components is reducible, the number of reducer's mode is augmentable.
3. Sound-absorbable structure, lager surface, big fan reduce temperature and noise, advanced grinding process of cylindrical gear and bevel gear improve stability and transmit power more efficeintly.
4. Input mode: Motor connected flange, shaft input.
5. Output mode: Solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink disk, hollow or solid shaft with involute splines, solid shaft with flange.
6. Mounting mode: Foot-mounted, flange-mounted, swing base-mounted, torque-arm-mounted.
7. H. B series include sizes 3-26, number of stages is 1-4, ratio is 1.25-450. Combining with GR, S and K series, ratio will be higher.

Technical Center
The technical center of CN GPOWER was established in 2001. In 2006, it was jointly identified by the five ministries of China as national-level enterprise technical center and is the first national-level enterprise technical center in the gear industry.
The technical center includes ship transmission research institution, wind power drive technology research institution, building material drive units research institution, general purpose gearboxes research institution, new products research institution, CAD institution, and the research institutions for machining, heat treatment, weld, assembly and testing, etc...It covers many fields such as ship, building material, metallurgy, wind power, nuclear power, hydropower, thermal power, rubber and plastic, hoisting, coal mine, rail transit, marine engineering, engineering machinery, etc., confiding in its research and development ability that is leading in China and advanced in the world in high-accuracy, case -hardened and heavy-duty gear transmission industry. In addition, it can design products according to GB, ISO, DIN.
