Flour Processing Line Small Flour Mill (6FYDT)
Using cyclone extractors or plansifters, our small-scale complete set of wheat flour milling machineries have different configuration modes with different throuthput stretches from 10T/D to 50T/D. The whole assembly line consists of cleaning, destoning, dampening, milling, sifting and packing parts.
WORKING FLOW OF SMALL FLOUR MILL
Impurities removal in the destoner or grader firstly and then the pure grain be transformed to the intensive dampener, after intensive and gentle dampening, the wheat will be peeled and crushed in the pulverizer. After the flour extracting, the wheat will be milled further in the roller mills till get the super fine or first class flour. At the end of the procedure, the produced flour will be packed by the automatic packing machine.
