This machine is suitable for packaging medicine, health-care products, plant seeds, tablets, powder etc. Such as coffee, tea, sugar, peanut, flower tea etc.
The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting can be done automatically.
Features:
Model of DXDCH-10D is newly promotion tea bag packaging machine by our company. It's used for food-degree non-woven fabrics and nylon filters to make triangular bag which is good water permeability and perceptivity. And free-flowing green tea, black tea, oolong tea and other tea are packed, which is making tea expanded soon and keeping its original taste and nature. Furthermore, the bag would not be hurt and dipped longer and any times. The features of packing material tough and non-tear are stood out. Especially the design transparent mesh expresses flour of tea.

1. All stainless steel cover meets to GMP Standard.
2. By MC certification, the machine has the capacity to product the measuring instruments which are in line with legal requirement such as accuracy and reliability etc.
3. By EU certification, comply with the directive requirements of European and confirmed that the products has passed the appropriate conformity assessment procedures and qualified statement of manufactures, meet the requirement of safety.
4. Computer Controller is the first patented product in our country; It selected the advanced CPU chip, imported switch power supply, all functions adopt the keyboard operation and the forms of display are text and digital.
5. The computer can adjust the length of the bag automatically without changing gears.
