Product Description
The fluidized-bed Tunnel IQF uses stainlesssteel or modular plastic belt. The foods completely or incomplete float withthe vertical upwards air flow. The floating granular products are quicklyfrozen by the cold air flow. Below and by the sides of the belt, the vibratoris equipped to prevent the products from sticking to each other. Nantong Squareis proud to draft the China National Fluidized Bed IQF Standard (GB/T22732-2008), which is in force.
The new design "two stage belt fluidizedbed IQF" is introduced by Nantong Square. The two stage fluidized bed IQF hascompletely eliminated the problem of product sticking to each other, andoptimized the freezing result of granular products. The ADF air defrostingsystem is also available as the option devices, to allow the evaporator to runcontinuously without being defrosted, and thus more energy efficient.
Upon customers' request, the vegetableequipment are also available, including vegetable cleaner, vegetable blancher,vegetable cooler, vibrating water/vegetable separator and conveyors.
Quietcentrifugal fans generate high pressure, high velocity and low temperature airflow vertically upwards through the belt.
The coil,fans, conveyor belt and baffles create closed air circulation to ensureefficient heat absorption from the food.
The foodcompletely float or incompletely float with the vertical upwards air flow.
The food isquickly frozen at the infeed with the surrouding cold air flow. The glaze onthe food surface prevent the moisture from further loss.
