Shenzhen Chengfang Electric Machine Co., Ltd. is an ISO/TS 16949 certified manufacturer of brush DC / High Voltage DC motors. Established in 2003, Chengfang makes DC motors ranging from Series 1 (dia. 20.4mm) to Series 9 (dia. 52mm).
Chengfang supplies our DC motors to automotive, home appliance, power tool, office equipment, fitness apparatus, and electric model industries.
Chengfang holds several patents in motor design. We are able to supply DC motors with low cogging design, built-in EMC components, built-in PTCs, built-in AC/DC rectifiers, hall encoders and neodymium magnet design.
Chengfang has a full range of testing equipment to evaluate motor performance in various aspects, including dynamic motor performance testing M/CS, static torque testers, roundness testers, roughness testers, vibration testing M/CS, and environment testing M/CS and spectrometers. Chengfang's motors are in compliance with UL, CE, RoHS and CCC regulations.
