Forging Shaft (Large Forgings Large axis forging)

DRF company formerly known as Flange Forging Factory, which was founded in 1988. And with continues process of production and expansion it officially changed its name to Day Ring Flange Forging Co. Ltd in 2010. It is a large enterprise specializing in the production of national standards Flange, ring forgings, forged wheels, forging shaft and gear wheel and gear ring forging.

So far, there are Two major business segments, forging production and flange production. And the products are mainly produced with three types of materials, carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel.

Flange products give priority to American standard, German standard, Russian standard, British standard, European standard and marine flange. The varieties are welding neck flange, slip on flange, neck flange, socket weld flange, slip on welding flange, Screw flange, Blind flange, flat flange and so on.

We have forging products with below 5m diameter and less than 20t finished weight, such as ring forging, wheel forging, forging shaft, gear forging, ring gear forging and modular and so on.

All of the products are examined by the serious examining system, which was strictly settled on several processes, like forging, heat treatment, mechanical processing, UT test, mechanical properties testing, to ensure the 100% pass rate of factory products.
