These series of metal bellow mechanical seal have a universal field of application. They are designed for extreme ranges of temperature and for high-viscosity media
Feature a bellows core made of one of several types of bellows. The most common are AM350 and Hastelloy C. Usually with Stainless Steel end fittings permits these mechanical seals to be used for services beyond the range of mechanical seals with synthetic rubber sealing members.
Typical applications include: cryogenics, heat transfer fluids, severe chemicals and corrosives at temperatures from -350° to +650°F (-212° to +343.33°C) with standard seal construction. (For higher temperatures-our engineering department.)
Structure Features:
Varieties of bellows shape design: Typical double"s"bellow shape design is adopted by DB and DM and street distribution design in the inner diameter on the welding bead is adopted by DC and DH.
More material can be selected: Meet the different need of working conditions.
More bellows sheet thickness can be selected: More bellows sheet thickness at the singer or double layers can be supplied, for example 0.12mm,0.15mm,0.18mm etc.
