FP-12 foam concrete casting pump equipment

1. Working Principle

Utilize the extrusive and stretchable features of the elastic rubber hose, apply the bump object to press upon the hose in the same direction, thus extrude substances. The bump press upon the hose when transmitting substances, hose becomes flat, substances are forced out, and the hose rebounds. As a result, the partial vacuum inside the hose creates an enormous suction force that suck in substances. Hose pump can be used to transport substances with great viscosity.

2. Structural Characteristics

1) Dispersed Stress- the design of the hose prolongs hose life.

2) There is no restriction on hose wear resistance. There is neither seal nor contacts with other components. Pumping process causes no damage to materials. There are no valves or corners. Hose pump can dry run. Lubrication is executed outside the hose, and harder to be clogged.

3) Strong pumping capability, maximum transmission capacity reaches 80% solids.

4) Hose pump is well designed for heat dispersion, solid yet simple design makes the maintenance much easier.
