| 1) Assessment and ratings to suppliers | ||||||||
| As for all suppliers who were recognized, by Noeya, only after they passed Noeya' s assessment then they can join in, in addtion, each year, Noeya do the ratings for all suppliers so that the qualified suppliers can ensure the products quality for the long tem and then meets Noeya' s requirements. What' s more, Noeya also takes ISO9001 and ISO14001 as a standard, develops suppliers consitantly, enhances suppliers to improve their products quality and environmental management. | ||||||||
| 2) Reviewing the contract | ||||||||
| Before taking the order from our customers, we should explicit our customers' requirements and even do the reviewing to ensure that we have the ability to meet our customers' all requirements, including technology and delivery etc. | ||||||||
| 3)Making, checking and controlling to the board-building files | ||||||||
| We will check and know well all customers' supplied files and then transfer it into the manufacturing files through CAM, and then according to the actual manufacturing process and artworks to lay down the " engineering instruction" (MI) for producing department as the real production accordance, after finishing the MI, which must be checked by the professional engineer and then checked by the QA before providing, checked no problem, then can be provided. | ||||||||
| 4)Controlling to the supplied materials | ||||||||
| All supplied materials must be inspected, once up to standard, then can be into the warehouse. We drawed up the strict management for the supplied material, strict inspection working process and working ways and even have the relevant detection instrument and equipment to ensure that we have the ability to judge exactly if the supplied material is up to the standard or not. | ||||||||
| 5) Controlling to the production process | ||||||||
| The precise board-building engineering instruction(MI), the overall equipment managerment and safeguarding and even the artworks control, strict mid-detecting and monitoring as well as the working process, all the above aspects can ensure that the whole producing process can be controlled completely. | ||||||||
| 6)Controlling and inspection to the finished products | ||||||||
| All of our PCB board not just need to pass the formulated physical testing, in addition, they need to pass the open-short test and outward appearance checking up. We have a series of advance open-short test machine which is special and fly probe etc for inspecting PCB precisely and high-efficiently, and so to ensure the products quality. | ||||||||
| 7) Checking to the delivery products | ||||||||
| We have built the special function FQA, they will inspect by the random samples according to the customers' sizes requirements completely before delivery the goods, as for the goods which are up to the standard can be packed. And even They must 100% check the item No., customer No., products quantity and the delivery address etc. on the carton with delivery products | ||||||||
| 8)Customer service | ||||||||
| We have the special customer service team who communicate with our customers positively, deal with customers' feedback timly and if needed, they will attend to the spot for resolving the related problems. At the same time, we cares our customers needs and demands all the time, every year, we make the survey to our customers, know more about their needs and demands, adjust our customers' service and products requirements promptly. | ||||||||
