Introduction
The fresh noodle (or semi-dried noodle ) production line is advanced noodle
processing machinery marked by the technology of vacuum dough mixing and
photoelectric control. The whole set of production line is made up of vacuum
dough mixer, belt aging machine (or disk dough aging machine), compound
rolling machine, continuous rolling machine and automatic control system.
All parts of equipment that contact flour are made of food-grade material
and stainless steel, which comply with food safety standard. Good structure
