FAQ
Q: Can you do a construction drawing from your side?
A: Yes, ECO can make the 3D drawing to explain the structure clearer. But it will be not available so fast, I will get back to you when I have it asap.
Q: Can you also add the H.S code for declaration to calculate the import taxes to your offer?
A: The H.S code for declaration is 4819100000.
Q: Can you help to make the graphics design?
A: Generally, ECO can only make the very simple design, such as only put the logo on the header. We cannot help to do the complicated design at this stage. We suggest you to create your graphics by your designer.
Q: Can you provide me with more information regarding the product?
A: ECO displays are made of corrugated board which is very sturdy. It is foldable , light duty. It will be a great help for your promotion of the product. OEM is acceptable and ECO can custom the design as your request.
Q: The photo shows them printed- do you print them, or can we do that ourselves?
A: Yes, they are printed. ECO will print the graphics as your request.
Q: Can you help me to work out the dimensions of the display?
A: Yes, please advise the sizes of your product/packaging and how many product per display. Weight of product is also necessary, to help us decide if need to reinforce the display or not.
Q: Please also advise what material they are made from.
A: It will be made of 350g coating paper +140g E flute+300g coating paper which is 3mm thickness or according to your requirement. It will be sturdy enough for your product.
Q: Can I print my own company logo on it?
A: Yes, sure. It is customized. You can print your logo and any image you like on it.
