The tank body adopt V-Shape filling structure and fluidization structure, featured by large loading capacity, low
gravity center, less powder residual, simple structure.
Special turnover welding equipment is used to ensure welding quality, the vehicle structure is of internationally
used high strength shape steel, light tare weight could enhance anti-twist, anti-seismic and anti-jolt performance
thus to satisfy the loading demand on different road condition.
The welding is finished by two-sided shaping welding machine to ensure the weld joint smooth and solid, newest
design of fluidization system with reasonable position fluidized bed which could increase the efficient capacity and
unloading speed, and decrease the powder residual. The tank cover is the convenient and fine-sealed spring-type.
Sand Blasting and rust removal before painting. Adopt high quality polyurethane paint with high adhesion, good
appearance and well persistence.
