If CIP system cleaning equipment is used, the system can clean equipment and pipeline effectively, reduce work intensity and improve work efficiency without decomposing cleaning object. Its cleaning effect can be controlled with quantification by conductivity.The system can either adopt automatic program of computer to clean or adopt manual modes to clean by step, which makes cleaning rationalized and standardized.
CIP system means that at the premise of single equipment system or the whole production line not requiring manual disconnecting and opening, sprays inner surface of equipment circularly and realize the aim of cleaning by cleaning solution at certain temperature going through sealed piping at a preset time. It can avoid cross pollution, remove infusible partical, lower or eliminate microorganism and endotoxin pollution on product. A stable CIP system depends on good design. According to actual situation of cleaning system, technicians from RITAI enterprise can establish proper cleaning process (including establishment of cleaning condition, option of cleaning solution, design of recycling system,etc.), and can preset and monitor key parameters and conditions (such as time, temperature, comductivity, PH, flow, etc) during cleaning.
