Usage scope:
This equipment is mainly used for handling water for all kinds of boilers. It also can be used for intenerating water in chemical engineering, light industry textile, printing and dyeing, brewing and other industry preparations.
Operation principle:
This equipment is working jointly with two or four float beds, when it is four beds, two float beds as one group, they work in step, working state is the same with two float beds, every bed( every group). Technological process is: Producing Water---Regeneration---Washing Small---Washing Greatl--Producing Water, etc. circulation work. As one bed( one group) being at produce water on the operating mode, another bed is in assisting the operating mode of the homework, Produce water with assist homework don't interfere each other, produce water in succession, each float bed operating mode is controlled with the double-deck valve, Float bed top pipeline connect on upper valve, underpart pipeline connect on lower valve, upper and lower valves are turned and operated in step by the cross axle, in order to control the change of operating mode.
