Product Description
Full automatic biscuit production line is a new generation advanced equipment which can produce biscuits such as hard biscuit .soft biscuit, soda biscuit, sandwich biscuit etc. Oven and machine shell are all made of stainless steel. This line have the character of big production capacity, Stable running, good-looking surface, easy operation etc.
This machine is made up of mixer, laminating machine, forming machine, tunnel oven, sugar and salt sprayer, Oil sprayer, swerve machine, cooling conveyor and stacking machine.
Main Equipment:
1. Permian Paper Machine:As a working procedure auxiliary machine indispensible for producing high-grade semi-hard biscuits, it is characterized by adopting the cutting laminated layer method, and the number of the laminated layers are 6 to 7 layers.
2. Forming machine: It adopts PLC program linkage control, the forming machine only needs adjustment once, and its linkage program is stable when it is used for a long time; and the forming machine consists of a four-channel rolling mechanism, a double-roll (printing and cutting) forming mechanism and an excessive material recovering mechanism.
3. Tunnel Type Baker: It has three heating types: Gas, electric heating and heat transfer oil; according to local energy conditions, customers in different areas can choose one type of baker which is most suitable for their local energy conditions
