Product Description

5. Main features:
5.1. Electrical system consists of PLC control system and touchscreen, with data input and output;
5.2. Hydraulic system: Uses double high-dynamic proprotional valves, which autmoatically adjust the oil flow and pressure;
5.3. Heavy duty machine structure, which is made of high density cast steel, is vibration-proof.
5.4. Four rods guiding system and long guide bushing assure the precise movement between the tamper head and the mould.
5.5. Highly productive moulding device, which consists of 360° Rotating and compulsory feeding of raw materials. Platform vibrating and compression shaping, greatly improves the cycle time.
5.6. The moulds are changeable, and it's able to to produce various kinds of blocks, bricks, interlocks, pavers, and curbstones in different types, sizes, shapes.
