3, Installation and Commissioning:
The seller will take charge for the installation and commissioning.
While the cost to apply the visa, the labor cost and round-trip flight
ticket / accommodation/local trans /personal insurance and other
additional cost for the technicians are for the buyer's account. The
buyer shall provide common tools for installation and debugging
and the seller shall be responsible for the special tools, if required.
4, Training for operator and maintainer:
The training for operator and maintainer are normally carried out by
seller during and after installation and commissioning
by commission technician. Seller shall try their best to give both operators
and maintainer a full understanding and make both of them can successfully operate and maintain the equipment.
5, Quality Guarantee:
The seller has agreed to provide 24 months (but no more than 26 months after the plant is dispatched from the
seller's factory) or running 13000 hours' guarantee (subject to the first reached one). Guarantee period from the
date of acceptance against any manufacturing defects and faulty materials. During this guarantee period, any
items or parts found to be defective will be replaced by seller free of charge. Ware & tare parts and parts damaged
by any external cause shall not be covered under this guarantee, but paid service can be supplied by seller. Guarantee
obligation will be expired along with expiry of guarantee period.
6, Spare Parts Supply:
During quality guarantee period, in case of any quality accident due to defect of design, materials and workmanship,
the manufacturer will cover the supply of the damaged parts free of charge or be responsible for repair. If damages
resulting from repair by unauthorized parties or damage due to accident, alteration and misuse is not covered. After
guarantee period the manufacturer will guarantee to provide spare parts at least ten years or dispatch technician for
repair work, but the charge of cost for spare parts or round-trip flight ticket, accommodation/local transport, personal
insurance and other cost for the technician will be buyer's account.
