This system is special designing to purify smoke centralized which is generated in manual welding with more stations.
According to the actual need of work, you can choose different type, at most can support 30 stations. Control system adopts frequency-inverter regulation technology, through degree of vacuum feedback signal ensures that the extraction rate remains constant, thus maintains flow rate of every station. For example, with the addition and subtraction of the operator (close flow valve when not working), pressure transducer feedback degree of vacuum signal, so increase and decrease fan speed, automatic maintain vacuum degree of system, in order to guarantee no flow rate fluctuation happens to every operator owing to working condition variation.
This system adopts imported high pressure\low noise blower, can absorbs dust effectively; Meanwhile, possesses the audible and visual alarm function when the filter starts to block, serves as reminder for filter replacement, in order to protect main filter and lengthen service life.
