G-SERIES SOLID SILICONE DEFOAMER XP-12G/20GA
Product Outline
LP-G solid silicone antifoaming agent doesn't contain a large amount of moisture, so it can be well added to powdery products without moisture as defoaming or inhibiting constituent. As it contains antifoaming ingredient specially developed by our Company, this product is more applicable in solid industrial detergents, washing powder, glass bottle detergents, cement, modified starch and other macromolecular polymers as antifoaming ingredient in comparison with ordinary antifoaming agents. In addition, it's advantaged in convenient application, easy storage & transportation, and high temperature and chilliness prevention, and is not subject to environment and temperature and not easy of alteration.
Compositions
The product was prepared with modified polysiloxanes and hydroxyl silicone oil and other ingredients.

Applications
The product may be used for eliminating aqueous phase foam in chemical cleaning, sewage treatment, industrial circuit water, cement and chemical production, and also used as defoaming ingredient of various chemical, printing & dyeing, water treatment, cleaning, daily chemical adjuvant and mechanic adjuvant; In particular, it can be added into solid powdery auxiliary products.

Usage Methods
On-site defoaming: Directly sprinkle this product on foam for defoaming, or dissolve this product with water before spraying it on foam for defoaming. When dissolving, mix it thoroughly to ensure its dissolution.
As foam suppressor, the product may be mixed with other ingredients evenly before its application. The specific dosage or additive amount shall be determined via technological test, generally at 1‰ -3‰ Of total antifoam liquid, and at approx. 1%~5% of antifoam solids. However, the most economical dosage won't be decided until implementation of technological test.

Packing
Pack the product in woven bags or consult with the Company.
Storage
Store this product in cool and dry indoor surroundings; Don't lay it at high temperature or in freezing surroundings for an extended period.
