Product Description
This filter is for common use. It is of open design, with outer filtration surface, bottom feed and discharge by peeler. It continuously operates the processes of filtration, washing and drying under vacuum condition.
This filter type is widely applied to industrial departments such as chemistry, metallurgy, mining, food, oil refining, etc. It is suitable for solid/liquid separation of suspensions that are not too thin, and have good flowability and dense cakes. G5/1.77-XA filter is mainly applied to the production process of soda for separation of sodium bicarbonate and mother liquid.
The process contact parts of this filter type are fabricated in three ways:
On G-2 and G-5 models, they are lined with corrosion-resistant rubber and fabricated from stainless steel.
On G-4 model, they are fabricated from carbon steel.
Other materials can be adopted according to customer's needs.
The filter is equipped with spray washing device, which can give good washing to the cake.
G5/1.77-XA model is equipped with pressure roller and squeezing device for squeezing the cake, which further reduces the moisture of the cake.
This filter type features compact construction, small floor space, continuous and automatic operation, infinitely variable speed control, and easy maintenance. It is a reliable and practical machine of good performance.
