Product Description
LYX series integral garbage compress container is a new generation solid-waste treatment equipment whose technology is introduced from Germany. It mainly consists of garbage storage tank, compress mechanism, feeding mechanism, electro-hydraulic control system and etc. It has the advantages of compact structure, flexible layout, convenient operation, no booth or foundation requirement. It is widely used in streets, hospitals, schools, parks, squares and so on. It is the ideal rubbish process equipment of city sanitation department and other government department.
Characteristics:
1. Flexible Deploy: Modularization design, work independently and no booth or foundation required.
2. High Efficiency: The rated power is up to 7.5kw with large feeding capacity, adopts PLC auto-control system can provides man-machine interaction, real-time feedback, easy to operate functions, to ensure the high efficiency performance.
3. Sewage Leakage-proof: There is B-shape rubber sealing around the discharge door and sewage collecting and storage tank on bottom to avoid sewage leak pollution during transportation.
4. Smooth Working: The main body adopts taper design (front smaller and back bigger) for discharge the rubbish smoothly. Moreover, in the front of the compression tank there is a rubbish cutting and rubbish anti-rebound device.
6. Safety and Reliability: All electrical and hydraulic elements adopts international famous brand like ABB, ATOS, and etc to ensure good anti-impact and reliable performance.
7. Outstanding Durability: The main body is made of 16Mn steel plate (5mm or upper) combined with wear-proof high tension nylon parts. All structural parts are treated with shot-blasting, rust removing, painting with marine-use high-anticorrosive heavy protection paint of Nobel or COSCO Kansai to ensure good anti-corrosibility and long working lifetime.
Application Scrope:
This series of products should be working with the HJG5250ZXX Hook Lift Garbage Transfer Truck to ensure the flexible layout.
