CNG Filling Machine is designed and made solely by HEFEI JINGDA INSTRUMENTS Co., Ltd based on digesting and absorbing advanced technology abroad, which is used to fill the automotive fuel (compressed natural gas). The gas filling machine is frame of stamped steel plate and hull of stainless steel. The machine is equipped with high accuracy mass flowmeter, microcomputer control, large LCD counter; As well as various control valves and guarders which ensure safe operation. The gas filling machine adopts the advanced manufacture technique, owns reliable quality and excellent operating performance and possesses many merits such as accurate gas filling, simple repair and maintenance and centralized control, besides, it can adapt to the need of national tax-for-fee in future. The gas filling machine adopts the single gun/ double guns three-pipe structure, The double guns gas filling machine contains two sets of systems, compact structure and they do not affect each other on filling gas.
The products are meets the requipments of integraed explosion-proof and conform to the related regulations of standard GB3836-2000 Explosion-Proof Electric Apparatus for Explosive Environment.
CNG flows into the cylinder group through compression delivering of compressor and then into filling gas machine. The high-compressure gas completes operation gas filling through the gas filter, valve, mass flowmeter, gas filling hose and gas filling gun empties into the gas Storage bottle of automobile. Microprocessor controller in the gas filling machine control automatically gas filling process, and supervise, handle and display the flow pulse signal transmitted by mass flowmeter in the measuring process and the electrical signal transmitted by pressure transmitter.
