Dongjie brand gasoline-oxygen cutter takes gasoline (90# to 97# are applicable) as fuel. When gasoline is added with oxygen and then ignited, the temperature of flame may amount to 2500-2870 degrees. The cutter can be equipped with guns of different models and used to cut steel plates from 3mm to 300mm.
Product feature:
1, highly reliable: No backfire. Permanent military anti-knocking material is filled into the Gasoline Tank, so the tank will not explode even if the gasoline left in the tank is ignited or the tank is welded by gas welding.
2, High cutting performances: Smooth slit without slag or scar. When used to cut thick steel plate (200 to 300 mm), the cutting speed is twice that of acetylene cutting. Small heat affected zone to the parent metal correspondingly reduces thermal stress and hot deformation.
3, Reduced cutting cost: For the same quality of steel plates to be cut, the cost of gasoline cutting is one seventh to one fifth that of acetylene or propane cutting.
