Purpose and application

Y31125E General-purpose gear hobbing machine is suitable for cutting spur and helical gears, as well as worm wheels.

Main Features:

On special order, the following options are avaliable:

1. Tangential hob head for producing worm wheel by tangential feed, this device makes it convenient to cut worm wheels with large helix angle or cut worm wheels by a flying cutter.

2. Automatic radial feed device. By including it, the machine can realize a semi-automatic working cycle when hobbing worm wheels.

3. Hob alignment device. It helps make the stock be evenly distributed at each side of the tooth profiles when finishing a pre-hobbed gear.

4. Automatic chip conveyor.
