| Exterior primer is special use for exterior wall, for better protect the wall and top coats. The construction paint usually apply on the substrate are mortar concrete, which include lime and cement are with strong alkaline, when the moisture volatilizes, the alkali and soluble salt of the cement will leak out from the cement pore through the coating in the from of aqueous solution, calcium hydroxide will be brought to the surface, and it will react with carbon dioxide from the air, and produce insoluble neutral carbonate. This white substance is very difficult to remove, and will easily cause coating discoloring, fading and peeling off problems, badly affecting the paint film decorative and color retention. Exterior primer is suitable for commercial building, civil building, office, hotel, school, hospital , apartments, villa and other exterior walls surfaceprotection.
