Emergency Communications & Command Series integrates satellite communications technology, multi-route of which employs communications technology, multimedia, image, voice and data transmission technology automatic positioning technology and so on. An on-site field command post could be set up to achieve interconnection between the disaster scene and the rear command center and make a quicker and better decision on spot. General-purpose Remote Consultation Motor Vehicle can implement emergency treatment on the way and long-distance expert consultation in driving condition or parking, furthermore, it can adapt the live bidirectional transmission of the video (dynamic and static image) and audio in the movement under the adverse circumstance. It can constitute a flexible integrated organic whole with other medical units. It is equipped with satellite communications systems and emergency medical equipments as well as other facilities. The shelter is divided into antenna module and multifunctional long-distance diagnosis module.

It is mainly equipped with Multifunctional consultation table, 6 single folding seat, a single multi-functional swivel chair, a military standard stretcher, 2 oxygen cylinder(10 liter), 12V DC power connector, infusion support, film viewer box, equipments boxes, communications equipment boxes, communications repair kits, defibrillators monitor, etc.
