GFG Fluid Bed Drier
Principle:
When air is purified and heated, it is introduced from the bottom of induced-draft fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In working chamber, the state of fluid is formed through stirring and negative effect. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.
Features:
1. Operated at sealed negative pressure
2. A stirrer in the bed, avoid agglomera-tion of damp material
3. Material for bag filter: Anti-static special fiber
4. This fluid bed is round structure. So it avoid died corner.
5. Discharged by turning over. It is quick, and fully.
6. The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. In general the drying time is 20-30 minutes
