Detailed Product Description
Use: The machine is suitable for laminating plastic-plastic, paper-plastic, paper-paper and aluminum foils and other laminated materials in the packing industry.
Performance and characteristics:
1) Dual-motor gluing and laminating, dual-imported variable frequency synchronous control of motor speed have changed the previous shaft transmission mechanism, stable material moving, up to synchronous linear speed, assuring constant tensile modulus
2) The heating of the bridge double drying tunnel increases the temperature so as to make the laminating speed even higher
3) Two gluing methods-scraping-knife type or extruding type can be selected at will according to different technologies
4) Silver lock temperature control system will control the temperature at the best state
5) Gluing and composite parts uses separating driving mode, with advantage of compact structure and low fault rate
6) High efficiency, low cost and saving energy
