A) Control
B) This machine adopt PLC control and operator interface. The pneumatic system make the bevel very shining. The Screen can show glass thickness, bevel angle, bevel width and other parameters. The machine can work in manual mode and automatic mode. In manual mode, the machine can still work in air system.
C) Basement and frame: Are made of cast iron to ensure stability and solidity
D) Conveyor: Conveyors use short joint & big roller chain transmitting system to transmit glass, the transmission is very smooth...This structure guarantee glass is stably moved. The working precision is high.
E) Motor: Use high precision low vibration motor, specially for beveling machine.
F) Loading/offloading conveyor: Adopt Synchronous tooth belt.
G) Front rail movement: Motorized, it can move in parallel to adapt to different glass thickness. There is a mechanical thickness readout to show conveyor opening.
H) Glass support frame: Use aluminum bar with blue plastic ruller.
I) Lubrication: The machine equipped a manual lubrication pump, which lubricate the conveyor.
J) Working speed adjustment: Through speed regulator, manually.
K) Amperometer meter: Check the wheel assportion.
