>Does you candle could do customize?
Yes, our candles all can do customize. Material, size, scented, label, packing, candle effect..... all can do customize. Please kindly let we know your required. 

>Does your sample free?
As you know, customize sample will need to open some mould ..., so customize sample will have some sample charge. But ready sample will be free. 

>How long time finishing time for a sample?
For ready sample only need 1day. For customize sample normally need 15-20 days after receving samples charge. 

>How long time for bulk finishig time?
45-50days after receving deposit and confirm pre-production samples. 

>What's the payment?
We are more would like to do T/T, 40% deposit, reaming payment before bulk shipping as INV & PL. Of course, we also can do L/C. For L/C, we normally do 30% deposit by T/T, remaing payment by L/C.
