The Glass-Lined equipment is made by coating the high silicon content enamel on the surface of metal boby and then firing them at high temperature(~900º C)in order to achieve a high adhesive strength of the enamel on the steel basic body. So the equipment has dual advantages of both chemical stability similar to glass and high strength as metal.
Substituting stainless steel, nonferrous metal epupment and the glass-lined equipment are widely used in the processes such as reaction, evaporation, concentration, synthesis, polyreaction, saponification, sulphonation, chlorination and nitrification etc, which are common in the industries of chemistry, pharmaceutical, dyestuff, pesticide, organic synthesis, petroleum, food, defence as well as in scientific research.
Our company was established in 1997, it is a Limited Liablity company with independent legalentity which was registered by Jingjiang Administration for Industry and Commerce, Taizhou city. It is a me asuring guarantee enterprise approved by bureau of quality and technical supervision of Jiangsu province, the quality attestation company of CCS, ISO9001: 2008 quality management system authentication enterprise. Our main products include: Marine air reservoir, hydrophore, electrothermal water tank, steamelectric hot water tank, foam tank, air-reserve tank, ash tank, (spark arrester) silencer, quick-closing valve control box etc, which achieved the factory approvaland product approval by many classification societies, such as CCS(China), DNV(Norway), LR(England), ABS(USA), GL(Germany), BV(France), KR(Korea), NK(Japan), RINA(Italy), PRS(Poland) etc.
Our company is located at Xingang Industrial Park, jingjiang economic development zone, jiangsu province, it covers 20000 square meters, building area of 10000 square meters, among them 4500 square meters for standard workshop. Our company owns fixed assets of about 8 million yuan, with 150 employees or so, among them about 50 persons are various engineering and technical personnels. Since the establishment of our company, we increased the input step by step and expanded ourproduction capacity. We were equipped with normative non-destructive exposure room, laboratory of Physics and Chemistry, laboratory of mechanical performance. Now we own about 60 PCS (sets) various welding mechanical equipments, 1 PC numerical control flare cutting machine, 1 PC numerical control pipebending machine, 1 PC 250 Ton oil pressure machine, 1 PC 32mm plate bending machine, 2 PCS 25mm plate bending machines, 1 PC Z3080 radial drilling machine etc. Our production capacity was improved year after year, and sale volume was increased greatly. Our company has formed the production scale of 50 million yuan annual output.
