Product Description
Glazed compound tile is our patented product that was created in 2006. With raw materials like stone powder, stalks and construction waste, this new-type tile can not only replace the asbestos tile and cement tile, but also is stronger than color steel tile while with one third of its cost. With anticipated market, this project involves small capital investment, low risks and high profits.
Product Specifications: Standard: L1800*W720*H5mm, maximum width: 1100mm, and for the length, considering its transportation and installment, the suggested length is 3 to 6m. For style, it includes little wave, middle wave, even wave and archaize style.
Product Application: Waterproof, thermal insulation and decoration of roofing of workshop, marketplace, warehouse and residential zone.
Raw Materials: Stone powder (coal dust, coal gangue, construction waste, quartz sand and river sand etc); Plant fiber(crop offal like bagasse, rice husk, rice stalk and sawdust etc); Inorganic adhesive.
Product Characteristics: Light in weight, non-deformable, moisture proof, heat-preservation, thermal-insulation, flame-resistant, anti-aging, good processability (be nailed, sawed or stuck), containing no injurants like asbestos or formaldehyde, eco-friendly.
